THE ANSWERS:

Is booking on-line with Party In Newcastle secure?

Yes, totally secure, your details are encrypted and sent to our Secure Server. You can book on-line with total confidence. We do not store your details, so you can be sure that booking with us gives you the highest levels of security.


How much is the deposit and when is the balance due?

If your stay is more than 6 weeks away, you only need to pay a deposit for each person in your party. If your stay is within the next 6 weeks , we need payment in full to secure your booking.

Deposits: £20 per person

The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. We need one deposit of £20 to secure your booking, we then send you your own secure payment page to allow the rest of your party to pay their £20 deposits individually via the secure link within 4 weeks. You can click the link at any time to keep track on who has or hasn't paid.
Balance payments are due 6 weeks before arrival and again your party can pay individually via your secure page.



What happens if some of my party cancel?

Anyone cancelling more than 6 weeks before arrival will only lose their deposit. Cancellations less than 6 weeks before arrival are liable for the full amount.

What happens if COVID restrictions prevent us from travelling?

In the event that COVID-19 restrictions prevent travel, then your stay will be rescheduled on the date of your choice any time in the 12 months after
your orginal or rescheduled travel date. The rescheduling of your stay incurs no extra costs and you can reschedule more than once due to COVID-19.


When will I know which hotel we are staying in?

Once we receive your payments (either deposits or full amounts) depending on how far in advance your are booking, we place your party in the best available hotel and send your confirmation (via email or post, your choice) within 2-3 working days. You then have details of your hotel address and contact details as well as directions and a breakdown of what is included in your package. If you have booked an activity, you will receive your activity confirmation at the same time. All the hotels that we use are regualrly checked and offer clean, friendly good quality accommodation

Is the price guaranteed, even if I book for next year?

YES. We are currently taking bookings for next year at this year's prices. Even if hotels or suppliers increase their prices, YOUR PRICE IS GUARANTEED! It's well worth booking early for this reason.


Do I have to pay a booking fee or credit card commission?

ABSOLUTELY NOT - However, most other companies charge a booking fee (credit card commission are now illegal) which can sometimes add 5% to the cost of your booking. You will pay the exact price quoted - NO HIDDEN EXTRAS!

I have already booked my hotel, can I book nightlife passes and activities?

YES - We offer nightlife passes at a range of destinations, please see the links on the left for details.
The passes represent great value, no queuing, no hassles, no paying on the door and drinks offers too!

I have already booked with Party In Newcastle - Can I add people to my booking?

YES. You can add people to your party at any time (obviously subject to availabiliity).
Once you have paid your final balance, confirmed numbers and received your final confirmation, you can still add people to your party, but each amendment to the booking incurs a £20 admin charge.



Do Party In Newcastle organise transport?

We can advise on transport, but we do not organise the transport. For rail travel we recommend:
